Greetings Sustaining Donors of the
NO MORE UXO in LAOS ProjectIt’s that time of year when we reflect on the people and things we are grateful for—and all of you are at the top of my list.
Your incredible generosity continues to fuel our mission to remove the 80 million deadly UXO (unexploded ordnance—bombs) still scattered throughout Laos.
Since 2024, the project has raised more than $100,000—enough to locate and destroy UXO across an area the size of 50 football fields. Touchdown! An amazing accomplishment. Among the many UXO, submunitions found, there were three massive bombs (500–750 lbs.) that had to be extracted by a specialized Explosive Ordnance Team.
But the true measure of our success is this: we removed the threat of these explosives forever. Today, 2,020 people—543 men, 533 women, 454 boys, and 490 girls—can live without fear and use their land for farming and family livelihoods. Even better, after clearance, a MAG team walks the entire area to show residents that the land is truly SAFE. That’s real commitment.
This is incredible progress… and we are not stopping here.
Looking ahead to 2026: With your continued support, our goal is to raise another $50,000. We’re already off to a strong start—the 2026 fundraiser already has $5,816 in the bank! With this momentum, we hope to complete the campaign by March 1, 2026.
If you’d like to donate, it’s easy. MAG (Mines Advisory Group) has created a dedicated website for our project:

A Special Note:
Every $1,000 donor receives one of Angel’s irresistible homemade Chocolate Tortes. JR Alley loved his so much he donated another $1,000 just to score a second cake! I’m not saying the cake is addictive…but feel free to draw your own conclusions.
